Proyecto Seis is an independent Spanish-language outlet about the world of GTA VI. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use this site.

2. What data we collect

Only the email address you give us voluntarily when you subscribe to the newsletter. We don't collect sensitive data or ask for more personal information.

3. What we use it for

Solely to send you the Proyecto Seis newsletter (project updates and content). We do not sell or share your email with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Who we share it with & legal basis

We use Resend as our email service provider (ESP), which processes your email only to deliver the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. The provider may process data in the U.S.; by subscribing you accept that international transfer.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email. If you reside in California (CCPA/CPRA) or in the EU/EEA (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Write to us to exercise them.

6. Retention

We keep your email while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete it.
